On August 21, we invite you to a cozy and authentic Surströmming Dinner in our charming Orangeriet.
We’ll be serving all the traditional fixings: fermented herring, soft and crisp tunnbröd, almond potatoes, chopped red and yellow onions, chives, fresh dill, sour cream, and Västerbotten cheese.
Settle in among green plants and glowing lanterns – it will be an evening of bold flavors, laughter, and summer nostalgia.
