During November, we also offer our popular glass tasting with sommelier Jocke Fagström – a great activity to bring the team together after a day of meetings.
During the tasting, you’ll discover just how much the shape of the glass can influence a wine’s aroma, flavour and structure. The same wines are tasted from different types of glasses, from Burgundy and Bordeaux glasses to Champagne and standard wine glasses. An educational and surprising experience that has become a much-appreciated part of the conference programme.
