CHRISTMAS TABLE WITH A GOLDEN TOUCH

Our Christmas table is a tribute to Swedish tradition, with room for both the familiar and the new. Here, classic pickled herring, fish and seafood, cold cuts, and warm dishes meet an unusually wide range of plant-based alternatives — from “herring” made from aubergine to vegan meatballs and Janssons.

We finish with a cheese selection, desserts, and a generous candy table served with coffee. Welcome mulled wine and a coffee buffet are included.
