During the session, you’ll learn techniques to hold your breath effectively and optimize your lung capacity, promoting both oxygenation and deep relaxation. You’ll train your breath control, focus, and body awareness – skills that carry over into everyday wellbeing.

The quiet world beneath the surface offers a sense of weightlessness and inner calm. Here, you can let go of stress, slow down, and connect to the present moment.

Freediving strengthens not only your body, but your mind – offering a deeper connection to nature and to each other. Many describe it as an inner journey within the outer element.

The session lasts 2 hours and is suitable for up to 4 people.
