
On May 27, Seglarhotellet will be visited by David Lundqvist, Chef of the Year 2018, who will present a unique menu where cheese is the centerpiece.
For one evening – and the rest of the week – raw materials, technology and creativity will find their place in an experience that is both obvious and surprising. The menu will be served Wednesday to Saturday, with the guest performance on May 27 as the highlight.
To accompany the menu, we recommend Mariestads – classic Swedish beer brewed with craftsmanship and tradition. With its balanced character and clean style, it highlights the nuances of the cheese and enhances the flavors throughout the experience.
