Our large dining hall is open every day, all year round. A classic archipelago menu with excellent ingredients and culinary craftsmanship is served here.
During the summer, the orangery transforms into an oasis with influences from all over the world. Food and wine are composed by chef Thomas and sommelier Filip who want to offer a real experience.
The menu in the wine bar is built so that you can try several different small dishes – perfect to enjoy with something from our solid wine list. Here you will find classic wines as well news and special edition wines and nice bubbles.

Chef’s table offers fantastic food and wine in a unique setting. A chance to enjoy an exceptional atmosphere and a culinary experience.
Follow each step through the eight different dishes that are prepared with precision for an extraordinary taste experience.
Works for 4-12 people all year round except for high summer. Own chef and waitress included and it takes about three hours. Book at least seven days before hovmastare@sandhamn.com.
