Here, we take care of all of you – from stiff hips to restless thoughts. Our yoga classes are designed to ground the body, soften the breath and let the surrounding nature become part of the experience. On Sandhamn, every session is unique: sometimes you’ll meet gentle morning yoga in quiet light, sometimes warming indoor flows, and sometimes slow, grounding practices out among cliffs and pine trees.

Through clear guidance, natural movement and an unhurried pace, the body is given space to open, strengthen and let go. We offer both dynamic classes that build energy and stability, and restorative sessions that bring softness, presence and deep rest.

It’s not just yoga – it’s the meeting between person, movement and place. Our instructors share the same philosophy: that every body needs something of its own, and that well-being begins when we give ourselves time to listen inward. On Sandhamn, you get to do that with the sea as your companion.

Natural Calm

During the summer months, yoga moves outdoors — onto the rocks, by the shoreline or out on the sun-warmed jetty — where wind, light and the sound of waves become part of every movement. Nature sets the tone, shifting each class into something uniquely alive. When winter arrives, we gather indoors, in warmth and stillness, where breath and presence can take up more space.

For those who want to deepen their experience, we also offer treatments and activities that support recovery and awareness — from lymphatic and foot massage to breathwork, freediving sessions and guided walks across the island. Each moment is created to release tension, invite energy and reconnect you with your own rhythm. Whether you come seeking strength, rest or simply a quiet pause, Sandhamn meets you with the calm of nature — a reminder that balance can be found in both movement and stillness.
